Never pour anything greasy such as oil or fat down your drains. This will solidify and stick to the inside of your pipes/drains causing decreased flow until eventually clogging completely.

Only flush toilet roll and waste when using the toilet. Things such as wipes can cause a real problem, not only for your own drainage but for the water company as well. Even wipes that claim to be biodegradable shouldn’t be used and flushed as these actually take considerable time to biodegrade. There are known instances of where water companies such as united utilities have sent letters intending to recover large amounts of money from home owners who consistently cause damage and block pipes through flushing wipes as they now have the technology to track which house it comes from.

Do not flush sanitary waste or other such products as cotton buds or nappies as these will block your pipes and will lead to the same action as above. Remember waste and toilet paper only.

Use drain plugs in the bathroom that are marketed at catching hair so that you won’t have a build-up of hair in your drains as that can cause issues as well.

No Dig Repairs
We're some of the leading experts on no dig repairs. This is what it involves

We will attend your property and stick our CCTV camera down your drains which enables us to be able assess what is causing the issues in your pipe work. We will generate a report from that CCTV survey which will tell us if a no dig repair is suitable for your problem.

If your drains are a suitable candidate for a no dig repair we will set to work using either a patch or full liner. This patch or liner is impregnated with resin and is inserted from the nearest manhole which is why we don't need to dig to reach the damaged area of the pipe.

Once the liner is successfully in place and has been inflated it will form a secure water tight seal. It repairs the pipe and will last 50 years or more if properly maintained. We will camera your drains again to ensure everything is perfect before we sign of on the work. You now have repaired drains with out the mess.
